HOTEL POLICIES AND RULES

  1. Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 12:00
  2. Cancellation policy: the booking may be canceled free of charge 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise a one-night penalty is charged.
  3. Smoking policy: our hotel is strictly non-smoking. Each case of smoking in the room is subject to a fine of 50,000 AMD.
  4. Child policy: accommodation of one child under 6 years old with parents is free of charge 
  5. Visitor policy: guest visitors have to be announced by the guest beforehand to the reception and must provide a valid ID and pay a visitor fee of 15,000 AMD per person to access the premises and use the resort facilities. The visitors have to leave the hotel premises by 23:00, or they have to register as hotel guests and pay the room rate (the rooms are subject to availability).
  6. ID requirements: for security purposes as well as required by RA legislation, a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at the time of check-in. 
  7. Children under the age of 18, need to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
  8. The hotel is not pet-friendly.

MESSAGE TO OUR GUESTS

Dear Guest,

You can use clean spring water directly from the tap. The crystal-clear water coming from the tap is directly from
mountain springs. After passing filtration, it is there to quench your thirst, heal you and fill you with energy.

We change the towels and bed linens every third day of your stay. However, if you would like to have your bed linens changed more frequently, please put this note on your bed, and we shall gladly do that. And if you would like to have your towels changed more frequently, please, put the towel/s on the floor and we shall gladly replace those.

A towel on the rack means, “I shall use it again”.
A towel on the floor means, “Please, exchange it”.
 

OUR AMENITIES

We have designed our interior and guest services with the greatest care and attention to every single detail.
The cozy design and abundance of natural lighting creates an all-embracing and positive ambience. Some of the balconies have a forest-view.
Beds have special orthopedic mattresses to make your sleeping sessions even more enjoyable. Per your request, we also provide baby cribs.
The full-service kitchen gives you the freedom to initiate and enjoy cooking sessions for or with your friends and family.
All rooms and chalets provide complimentary wi-fi connection, are equipped with a safe box, tv sets in the bedroom and in the living room, landline phone, kettle, hairdryer, slippers & bathrobes, shampoos and other toiletries. Per your request we also provide an iron and ironing board. If you need any additional toiletries that are not placed in your room upon your arrival, please, don’t hesitate to ask our reception.

We have scheduled the working hours of our facilities in a way that makes the rest of all our guests truly comfortable and enjoyable.
