By selecting the Flexible Rate, you agree to the following conditions:

• Free Cancellation Period:
  • In high season (July-August), cancellations are free up to 5 days prior to the check-in date.
  • In low season (September-June), cancellations are free up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.
• Late Cancellation:
  • Cancellations made after the free cancellation period will incur a fee equal to the first night’s stay.
  • This amount will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card provided as a guarantee.
• No-Show Policy:
  • In case of a no-show (non-arrival without prior notice), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged as a no-show fee.
• Card Authorization:
  • When adding your card details, a temporary authorization of AMD 10 will be processed to validate and securely save the card in our system.
  • By continuing, you consent to this authorization and reservation with this rate plan.

By selecting the Non-Refundable Rate, you agree to the following conditions:

• Full Prepayment:
  • The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
• No Refunds:
  • The amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change.
• Non-Transferrable:
  • This reservation cannot be transferred to another person or date.
• No Future Credit:
  • The prepaid amount cannot be held as a deposit or credit for any future stays.

The check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00

Children below 7 stay free on existing beds, provided free baby cots (up to 2.5 y/o) and extra-beds (if the room category allows)

Our rooms and the restaurant are 100% smoke-free. For smoking in the room there is a penalty of 50,000 AMD per case. Smoking is allowed only on the designated territories and balconies of the guestrooms.

You should inform the hotel reception staff about the visitors that you might have. Each visitor has to pay a fee of starting 15.000/person and has to provide a photo ID on entrance. The visitor should leave the hotel premises by 23:00, otherwise has to register as a guest by reserving a room (upon availability) and pay for it.

The steamrooms are for public use from 12:00 to 19:00, after that and till 23:00 they are for private reservations only and cost AMD 30.000/2 hours

All rates are subject to availability and are to be confirmed by the hotel. We reserve the right to announce an event season on given dates at any time as well as change rates, with a prior notice. Groups rates are subject to discussion on per case basis.

The pets are not allowed in the resort premises.

Risk Awareness Notice

1. Swimming Pools

Operating hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

All guests, both adults and children, are required to comply with the safety rules while using the swimming pools. Minors must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or another responsible adult at all times.

2. River Area

All guests, both adults and children, must exercise maximum caution in the river area, as the river has a natural and sometimes strong current, and the riverbanks may be slippery. Minors are strictly prohibited from approaching or remaining near the river without adult supervision.

3. Bicycles

All guests using bicycles, both adults and children, must ride at a safe speed, avoid sudden maneuvers, refrain from competitive or reckless riding, and exercise due caution at all times.

4. Natural Environment

The hotel is located in a natural setting. Therefore, both adults and children should remain cautious, as insects, reptiles, and other wildlife may be present. Please avoid walking in isolated or unlit areas during late hours, and do not allow minors to leave without adult accompaniment.

5. General Rules

These rules are mandatory for all hotel guests, both adults and children. Each guest is responsible for their own personal safety, while parents, legal guardians, and accompanying adults are also responsible for the safety of the minors under their supervision.

The hotel and its staff shall not be liable for accidents, personal injuries, property damage, or any other consequences resulting from a guest's failure to comply with these safety rules, negligence, natural hazards, or circumstances beyond the hotel's reasonable control.
