House rules

The check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00

Children below 7 stay free on existing beds, provided free baby cots (up to 2.5 y/o) and extra-beds (if the room category allows)

Our rooms and the restaurant are 100% smoke-free. For smoking in the room there is a penalty of 50,000 AMD per case. Smoking is allowed only on the designated territories and balconies of the guestrooms.

You should inform the hotel reception staff about the visitors that you might have. Each visitor has to pay a fee of starting 15.000/person and has to provide a photo ID on entrance. The visitor should leave the hotel premises by 23:00, otherwise has to register as a guest by reserving a room (upon availability) and pay for it.

The steamrooms are for public use from 12:00 to 19:00, after that and till 23:00 they are for private reservations only and cost AMD 30.000/2 hours

All rates are subject to availability and are to be confirmed by the hotel. We reserve the right to announce an event season on given dates at any time as well as change rates, with a prior notice. Groups rates are subject to discussion on per case basis.

The hotel is not pet-friendly.

High Season Booking Policy

Please note that during our high season, a prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. The prepayment should be made as soon as the free cancellation window ends. In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are free of charge.

Cancellations made 7 to 3 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation price.

Cancellations made 3 days or less before the arrival date, or no-shows, will be charged the full reservation price, which is non-refundable and cannot be used as a deposit for future bookings.

For reservations with non-refundable rates, the full prepayment is required at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable and cannot be kept as a deposit for future use.

Any deposits must be used within 6 months from the date of booking. If the deposit is not used within this period, it will be considered forfeited and invalid, and the guest will no longer be able to apply it to future bookings.
