Children below 7 stay free on existing beds, provided free baby cots (up to 2.5 y/o) and extra-beds (if the room category allows)

Our rooms and the restaurant are 100% smoke-free. For smoking in the room there is a penalty of 50,000 AMD per case. Smoking is allowed only on the designated territories and balconies of the guestrooms.

You should inform the hotel reception staff about the visitors that you might have. Each visitor has to pay a fee of starting 15.000/person and has to provide a photo ID on entrance. The visitor should leave the hotel premises by 23:00, otherwise has to register as a guest by reserving a room (upon availability) and pay for it.

All rates are subject to availability and are to be confirmed by the hotel. We reserve the right to announce an event season on given dates at any time as well as change rates, with a prior notice. Groups rates are subject to discussion on per case basis.

The hotel is not pet-friendly.

Please note that during our high season, we require full prepayment to confirm your reservation. Should you need to cancel your booking, please be aware of the following:

Cancellations made 7 to 3 days before your arrival: The full prepayment will be retained as a deposit, which you can use towards a future stay at our hotel within 6 months (excluding holidays).

Cancellations made 3 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show: The prepayment will be forfeited as a penalty and cannot be used for future stays.
